it seems https://www.bluebrainboost.com/ to be offline for me. does anyone else experience the same problem and did they finally close their doors??

Yep. Their site has been down for a few weeks. To bad! They were a good source of pharma grade Nicotine...

 

Nootropic vendors go out of business all the time. Find another vendor who has COA verified product.
