Vit D3 - almost any brand.
Zinc - ditto, but take your choice of types.
Magnesium - I've tried a lot of types and most give me the runs, and bad, so I stay away from supplements of this, esp. Albion chelated types or any of brand like it. IMO Best to get from foods, as you may already be doing.
Fish Oil - most taste terrible, the only one that is both neutral taste and economical is Vitamin Shop liquid Fish Oil. A tsp/day is quick and easy and you get all the fish oil components in good quantities.
k2? Mk7 or 4 - tried these and got some strange results, so I stopped. Eat good salads/greens/food and get what you need naturally.
LEF 2 per day - Looks pretty good with some extras thrown in, but a but expensive, and the extras are in small amts. I'm having good luck with Twinlab Daily One Caps wo/Iron, they are about 1/2 the LEF price. I like that neither of these do megadosing. I take them when I'm taking a break from all my regular supplements, so I know I'm getting a little of everything to fill in the holes in my diet during those periods.
As for brands, the only one I stay away from is Dr's Best.
