How do delete older posts? Or any comment I ever made on longecity? I am ashamed of my older publications, and do not wish them to stay on the internet.

Drugs (recreational/psychiatric), supplements, stress, living an unhealthy lifestyle, the causes of mental illness. Avoid.

Find, fix what you are doing wrong, and just give time for your biology to heal. Slowly get back to enjoying normality.

Ok, sounds good that you're feeling better.

Are you willing to admit that you had DP/DR now, then? Because the symptoms you had, and how it slooowly, slooooowly gets better - well, that's in line with the disease. A protective state, a feature of your brain, to shield you from the terror that is your daily life.

Perhaps a better way, than to just remove your posts, is to instead have them edited, yes? With a similar explanation to the one above - people whom then are in a similar state of mind as you were then, will then find your posts, but will SUDDENLY see them in a new light as well - when there's a disclaimer under them, informing them that they need to rethink what they're doing and how their life is currently.

If you recall, around the time you were active, MANY, many others with DP/DR were finding your posts and posting about similar issues - so, there are definitively others out there, who may need the same wisdom you have acquired.

To the person that down voted my post, I would have done the same thing just a couple months ago if someone else had wrote this. It's only been about three months since everything became clear to me. I hope you will figure it out too one day.

You're a good person Stinkorninjor... Technically, I could have been diagnosed with asperghers, dp/dr, ocd, depression, and the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. They are just labels. I did come to a lot of realizations that would probably help other people suffering from debilitating symptoms of mental illness, but it would most likely take me a lot of mental effort and time to address all their potential concerns. It's not healthy for me, I will just keep on focusing towards my own personal well being. I'll contact another mod to try and delete my other posts since the one I already tried with did not reply.

We are in full control of the person we want to be, and the life we want to live.

Some forums don't allow to delete old post by bylaw. Because thereby the integrity of discussions would be lost completely. Which isn't fair to other contributors. Nor late-comers who find suh old threads by search.

If I would be you, ashamed of older writings, I just would abandon your old persona 'Deaden' - by asking moderator to be deleted - and start with a new persona new.

I'm not ashamed of my persona, but of the information I shared which is misleading in the path people should take if they desire to get rid of their mental health issue. We can't cheat nature, but we can use its tools to make it our ally. I'll contact a mod and ask if my account can get deleted, thank you.
