Hello,

When I take some substances I get nausea pretty certainly depending on the doses and whether my stomach is empty or not.

It is not too bad, also cramps may be good for muscle-building.

What is nausea?
Can you get for example stomach cancer from regular nausea or something else?

Thank you for your text.

Depending on the substance, you may want to take them with some food. Many are also more bioavailable with food, so you don't excrete most of the supplement.

Nausea and other GI discomfort is commonly reported when introducing a new substance into your body. Often it will disappear once your body adjusts to it.

Nausea is not a cause of stomach cancer. It might be a symptom. There are many other more common issues that can trigger nausea.

nausea is pretty often with supplements taken on empty stomach. Most supplements should be taken on full stomach, only some should be taken on empty stomach (primarily single aminos).
What exactly do you use?

I did use Tryptophan. I was just wondering if repetitive nausea can make you even more sick?

Never used tryptophan so i wouldn't know, but single aminos should be taken on empty stomach. I don't think it will make you sick, but obviously it's not good for you so i'd quit all supplements that give you nausea. You might have some other GI problems that are causing increased sensitivity. Or maybe the product itself is bad...
