So I've been taking 1950 mg of EPA Brite for about a month, and am not noticing much of a fattened up concentration. How subtle are the benefits, how long does it take to observe benefits? I've read 3 months...So in two months I should expect a somewhat graduated improvement? And until then, just write off lack of improvement to a lack of proper time to work?

Or that you won't notice anything. If you aren't deficient, you probably won't.

The effects are very subtle and take time. E.g. anti-inflammatory properties take 3 months to become noticeable and pain is a kind of sensation that's easy perceptible. Effects on brain function are a lot more subjective I guess, but probably take a little less time to develop, although I'm not sure on that.

In either case, effects will probably only be noticeable gradually until weeks after starting, which makes a personal individual objective assessment of its effect difficult indeed.
