Looks like it does both based on a few papers.

Perhaps placebo but I note my memory is slightly impacted when I take high doses.

Anyone experience this also? Maybe the play is to supplement lecithin or CDP?

Take a look though- Menadione is a metabolite of K1. Maybe it's best to just stick to K2.

Anyone know a good K2 mix?
