so of course the gpc tub runs out and i've still got 80% of my piracetam. do i continue piracetam anyways (i do have a 'memory' pill that supplies me with 100mg of choline bitartate), or do i need to bring in soemthing else. and does it need to be gpc? i was under the impression that although gpc is superior, choline isn't that special a prdocut in its own right, it is more to keep your brain up to the racetams' demands. dunno

Works almost as well without any choline, for me anyway. If you get headaches you can try lecithin for choline, which is superior to bitrate or citrate imo, dead cheap, tastes good and healthy for the rest of your body.

I don't use any choline source as well. I use alpha-gpc sporadically when i feel my choline levels are too low.

How do you know when your choline levels are low? Cant I just use Flaxseeds to replace choline levels?

he's probably thinking of soy lecithin granules, flaxseeds don't have any appreciable choline as far as i know.
drmz, could you please explain to me how on earth one can 'tell when their choline levels are low'? maybe it's how you worded it but that comment sounded out there man
