My vote is for the LEF B-complex. I use that in conjunction with Ortho-Core. Relentless Improvement and Papanature.com both sell it for $16 for a two-month supply.

Also AOR's AGE Amadori is interesting, containing the anti-glycation compounds Pyridoxamine and Benfotiamine.
I take Panthenine and Pantothenic Acid (B5) on the side.

LEF, bar none.
AGE Amadori is underdosed, but for the two special provitamins.
Taking panthetine aside would be smart, expecially for cholesterol management.
