which b vitamin for focus?

I am taking a b vitamin but I'm thinking additional individual b's might help. b6, maybe b12, but I can't find constant informaiton

None are commonly helpful for that purpose.

Unless you're deficient in some vitamins, additonal vitamins won't help much for focus. Though, B12 has some interesting properties on brain...look for it here in older posts

DMAE, which is chemically related the the B vitamin family, can be of some use towards that end. Not tried it yet, but ppl tell me the Centro (a DMAE-containing compound) is superior to straight DMAE. Note that DMAE if naturally found in the human brain and fish such as sardines & salmon.
