Recently purchased "Time Health Mushroom Complex 6" and wondered what opinions are of it.

It strongly claims it uses fruits not rice.

Full spectrum Dual extracted (alcohol/water) water-soluble and the non-water-soluble bio actives.
Grow traditionally and naturally (not grown in a lab on substrates) on the following Chaga = grown wild on Russian birch trees. Cordyceps = Organic grain. Lion's mane = Hardwood sticks. Maitake = Hardwood sticks. Reshi = Duanwood logs. Shiitake = Hardwood sticks.
Only the most complex part of the mushroom is used the fruit body.
Mushroom specifications:

Chaga extract 30% Polysaccharides 2% Triterpene.
Reishi extract 30% Polysaccharides 2% Triterpene.
Cordyceps 30% Polysaccharides Cordycepin 0.1%.
Lion's mane extract 30% Polysaccharides.
Maitake extract 30% Polysaccharides.
Shiitake extract 30% Polysaccharides.

Beta glucan content is between 10% and 15% of total Polysaccharides.
We also sell (active hexose correlated compound) alpha glucan mushroom extract.
Polysaccharides are the latest testing standards for medicinal mushrooms.
Polysaccharides are the group of active nutrients that are scientifically proven to give medicinal mushrooms their amazing medicinal properties.
Examples of a few of the better known polysaccharides are beta-glucans and alpha-glucans.

I have quit coffee as caffeine messes me up. So having not had any drug at all for 2 weeks this hit me like a freight train. Also had a nap and dreams were very lucid.

I am wondering what you think of the stack, and also would it go well with ashwagandha ?

Thank you

This is a good basic mushroom stack in my opinion.

I have used all of these products on their own as well as in a very similar stack shared. It pairs nicely with ashwagandha and makes for an overall good jing blend.
