Bacopa Dosage?

Recommended Mg dosage if it is standardized to 50% Bacosides A & B. Thanks.

Most of the studies I've seen used 300mg of the 50% bacoside extract, and I recall one that used 300mg for test subjects <160lbs and 450mg for those >160lbs.

This costs more, but it's a top notch source (AOR) and 300mg, not 250mg. My personal feeling is that AOR would deliver the correct dose and the other vendor would be an inconsistent product at best.
