Blunt statement ahead:

Maybe this cannot be stated generally and studies are hard to find that back this up. Studies that are short termed anyway and seem to not deal with withdrawal effects.

This is the reason I stopped thinking of taking nootropics for instance.

Your opinion please.

Uhhhh water is fast acting in that it hydrates the body and leaves quickly. And yes if you stop drinking water you could wind up in a worse position....

THere is at least talk of rebound scurvy from abruptly stopping vit c.

Sooo bottom line is what are you getting from any supp.
