Might want to try L-Tyrosine first. It is commonly available at your local health store (GNC carries it), is cheap, and seems reduce the stress I feel under pressure. What do other people think of this suggestion? Look at the Article on L-Tyrosine at 1fast400.com

L-tyrosine will increase blood pressure and heart rate if anything. Not necessarily noticeably, but it is not a beta blocker by any stretch of the imagination.

Just go to your doctor and explain you have anxiety during public speaking.
