I already take Chondroitin and Glucosamine for my joints, but I want to know if there's anything better.

Is there anything that can rejuvenate your mesenchymal cells for example?

I wanna know what possible good stuff may be on the horizon.

SAM-e to the rescue! https://www.ncbi.nlm...pubmed/15102339

CONCLUSION:

SAMe has a slower onset of action but is as effective as celecoxib in the management of symptoms of knee osteoarthritis.

My girlfriend & I started taking this for other reasons, & noticed our chronic back pain improved.

My girlfriend stops taking it once in a while and says her pain comes back.  I've never missed a day.

My recommendation and my experience is that garlic (allicin) and other sulphur containing supplements help greatly. I've taken the usual recommended Chondroitin and Glucosamine and found they did absolutely nothing noticeable and certainly didn't help with joint pain or lubrication.
