Are there any good, cheap probiotics out there that cover a wide range of beneficial bacteria? Is NOW Food's Acidophilus and Bifidus 8 Billion any good? Thanks for the comments.

Theralac is hard to beat. $30 for the first 6 weeks, and then $10/month after that. Works for me.

Thats awesome man, where did you get your supply from? Also, Is there any interactions associated with probiotics? I did alot of research on them awhile back, but forgot most of it. Like did you feel weird when you first tried them? I'm about to go on a long trip out of country, and am wondering if i should invest in some before or after i return.
