I've just received some Azithromycin, and before trying it I wanted to ask about the key details. Is there anybody out there already using it who can help me?

What's the right dosage to take for Senolytic effects?

When is the right time to take it?

What is the right frequency for dosing?

What is the method by which you take your dose?

What beneficial effects have you noticed, and what side-effects?

Do you take it together along with anything else?

I can't claim any experience or special expertise, but I would expect the high end of the medical dose, for a day or two, and taken in conjunction with a gram or more of fisetin, and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (dasatinib, or perhaps genestein from soy) would possibly give measureable effects.  YMMV.

The little I read about this said a very small dose   --- something about it being below the level where

it would have any antibacterial effect. Another report and I didn't book mark it  mentioned taking it with

vitamin C   and mentioned 250 M MOLAR concentration of vitamin C  and 1 M molear concentration of

azithromycine .   I am assuming that was blood concentrations   but how much you have  to take to reach

those doses I would also want to know. I also believe this was to be a one day treatment.

The study you mention looked at 1uM doxycycline, 1uM azithromycin + 250 uM vitamin c. Unfortunately this was cell cultures which will likely not extrapolate to humans. And 250uM concentration of vitamin c requires intravenous dosing.

If I am reading this right you might just barley get by with

massive amounts of vitamin C orally but it wouldn't be all

that easy .      https://www.livonlab...y_Published.pdf
