How bacopa appears to work seems to be pretty murky, and rhodiola rosea appears to be increase serotonin levels. Should I be worried that they will counteract eachother?

Ditto. Anyone have any longterm experiences with Bacopa they'd like to share? Those silly Indians.

Alot of people on here seem to say that 150 mg of Rhodiola Rosea is ideal. However, pretty much all of the commercial brands are 500 mg (3-5% Rosavins). I ordered Jarrow's 500mg 5% rosavins and 3% rosavinl; is that way too much/little?

For me 500mg is not too much (morning dose).

The studies recommend (I think) between 125 and 300 mg extract with a 3:1 ratio of rosavins and salidrosides(sp). Bacopa has anxiolytic, T4 stimulating, and neuroprotective effects.
