Shilajit - Best brands

Peatson's Photo Peatson 18 Jun 2019

Hello,

Just wondering for all the Shilajit (Fulvic Acid) takers out there which brand you recommend using? As we know many of the internet brands are known for carrying heavy metals and more;

Currently, I use the Lotus Flower brand off Amazon, but want to know what others you may recommend?

Thanks

Well if you don't necessarily want the cow manure, monkey feces, or whatever the deal is with Shilajit, then I'd recommend the pure fulvic acid you can get from the Netherlands  (and from the US if in the US) which is called pure and fulvic (and something else in the US), it's a liquid and I can say that back when I used it 30-50 ml or so certainly gave obvious effect (mostly a little bit stimulating, some increased blood flow), tho I would say if all you want is a sort of stimulating feeling the Jarrow Shilajit tablets are cheaper than pure&fulvic are cheaper (but probably do contain some small amount of lead, I think they actually got some statement on that from their supplier).

https://www.health-s...acid-151-detail the website is a little bit weird sometimes but they seems solid, and I believe the guy who is involved in the production US-side of this or anyway alleges to know a thing or two about fulvic acid is this dude https://www.youtube....rfist800/videos

And by the way I have only tried Jarrow formulas Shilajit and the Pure&Fulvic, so can't compare that to anything else. But they both seem effective and have roughly the same effect, albeit the obvious effects seem easier and cheaper to get from the Shilajit capsules (probably), and as for any other effect beyond stimulation/increased energy and better blood flow I can't say much about.
