Anyone know anything about what's going on with their website being down?

Definitely some things there you won't find anywhere else...

They took an order for $2000+ in July (charged fully) and have since only sent one email saying something about delays and no email or phone answer since then...

Sounds like cash flow problems, but who can say... anyone else heard anything?

Site is completely down now.

I know the more expensive stuff like the astragalus extracts were most often being drop shipped as they'd get long shipping delays and the cheaper stuff would arrive quickly, then sometimes I'd hear that it had to be sent back for improvements to the extract iirc... Bad Monkey was a bit of a small indy shop, so the operation likely struggled more with smaller problems. They always came through for me though, even if months late. Kinda wish the reviewers were a bit nicer to them... now it seems that the loss of business from that or perhaps the trade war with China has resulted in a shut down scenario for Bad Monkey.

We've now lost access to some of the best supplements out there which were only available through them.

I wonder if the customers who were affected by whatever is going on (probably drop shipping and cash flow problems) would be willing to get together to bail him out. It would be worth it to me to keep Bad Monkey around for the access to their important therapeutic compounds, provide an opportunity for community investment, and a chance to upgrade some business practices that were holding them back while still leveraging their considerable sourcing resources for high quality extracts.

whichever it is, there aren't many excuses for taking customer's money and silently disappearing.

Has anyone actually received an order in the last month or so?

Try calling or emailing them before ordering. Not sure if they're back or still just siphoning money off naivety of users..
