Hi,

Has anyone tried this supplement?

I'm a long time (casual) weight lifter who has cut his fat levels right down through eating the proper foods and eliminating all of the garbage that food producers, supermarkets and restaurants would have us consume. I would still like to put on more muscle mass though and break through my current plateau.

Does T. Terrestris work? How long should I take it? Will I feel like crap when I stop taking it?

Any insight appreciated.

Also, if soy is bad for male hormones, do the phytoestrogens found in many vegetables have detrimental effects as well. I consume A LOT of veggies (especially the cruciferous variety). Thanks,

John

I took it while younger, and I'll forever regret it. It didn't help my weightlifting, but I later read that it seemed to act by poisoning certain glands - glands which are more important that just causing muscle.

Best place to ask about such a thing would be on a bodybuilding board, they are more into test levels than people trying to live forever...

I tried it as a sexual enchancer, and didn't work much.

Maybe, but many bodybuilders are willing to sacrifice their health in order to attain the results they desire, including myself when I first started. My overall health is paramount now.

Also, in the few weeks since I discovered this site and poured through the back pages, I've gleaned a massive amount of infomation from what seems to be a well informed and civil group of people.

It appears the verdict is consistently negative for T. Terrestris. I won't wasted my time with it. Thanks for the responses.
