I was prescribied a pill called milgamma, containing benfotiamine 40mg, Pyridoxine HCL 90mg and Cyanocobalamine 250mcg.
So far, it does wonders in restoring my sensitivity following low back problems, but I also notice that I really feel great on it - a feeling of relaxation and focus at the same time. I guess the effect is mainly due to the benfo, because the other 2 Bs are in doses similar to the ones in my multi. Can I use it though on a regular basis, I read only good things about benfo, incluging reduction of AGEs but seemingly not enough on its regular supplementation safety?
Another question: a very good book on low back problems and health was mentioned some time ago here or at avantlabs. Can someone remind me what was the title, please?

I don't understand this part above. What sensitivity does it restore and how does that relate to back problems? Sorry, I know nothing about benfotiamine.

I'm sorry, I guess my English is not good enough. There are areas in my low back/abdomen where there is numbness and lack of sensation, I think it is called neuropathy. Benfotiamine, which is a FAT-solubable, syntetic form of vitamin B1 is said to be an excelent against all neropathies /especially beneficial in diabetic patients but not only/. I thought that maybe it could have life-extension properties as well, as it is a potent AGE inhibitor /see interesting reading at http://www.vrp.com/a...ludes/&p=no&s=0
