Hi, I was curious how a person could quickly increase WBC count a modest amount?  Are there any foods or vitamins/supplements that would help?  Amount/type of calories?

I'm also curious if anyone on here knows what to avoid(things that could lower WBC count, including lifestyle)?

I would be very grateful for any help anyone is willing to give.  For personal reasons, it's rather urgent.  Thanks

Longo developed the Fasting Mimic Diet, which from recollection provides around 40% of requisite daily calories, which makes 4 day fasts (the recommended duration from Longo iirc) a lot more attractive.
