What type of collagen is best for skin?

It says Type I and Type III if you read everywhere, but I recall reading a discussion here on LongeCity about Type II actually having shown great results in some studies as well.
Up until now I've bought a mix of Type I and Type III, but would like to know if I should include Type II as well.
Anyone have any idea?
