I added 5mg to about 10ml of water and a tiny bit of DMSO nasal spray and dosed about 45-100mcg every night.

I noticed:

much heavier sleep

dreaming and dream recall (unusual for me)

melatonin-like effects seconds after administration (less energetic, more relaxed)

unlike when using melatonin I was not tired when waking up

higher libido upon waking up and later during the day

growth hormone/igf-1-like effects upon waking (jaw clicking, feet tight, I am sensitive to igf-1)

feeling more rested when waking up

weirdly enough bags under my eyes (I never have bags under my eyes)

headache which lasts for days even after cessation

Do you need the DMSO? Not sure I would use an oxidizing agent like that.

Most people, myself included, noticed that dsip has a massive time delay between dosing and when the effects hit. In other words take it on a Monday and the sleep effects don't hit until sometime Tuesday at work when you don't want to sleep.

I have not experienced such although I do experience it working for up to 3 days  after taking it.
