Does anyone have any experience with Doctor's Best line of supplements? They have some nice prices on a few key supplements.

ajnast4r, have you seen any tests on these?

I've been using their Benfotiamine for some time. They also had the best deal on Acetyl-L-Carnitine (before I started buying that in bulk). Both seemed to be quality products.

Yeah, I've been using their Cinnulin product, and checked out some of their other stuff. I nearly shat myself when I saw the price for Alcar/Benfotiamine.

they are just a re-package brand... any of their branded products (co-q-sol coq10, albion glycinated magnesium, etc) are fine.

the non-branded stuff i would ask for a 3rd party COA from them(and 3rd party does NOT mean a COA done in-house by the company they purchase the product from)

Do you recommend to take cinnamon in caps?

Now i only add one spoon of cinnamon in my rice milk for breakfast. It is from supermarket. I have read something that when consumed consistently or in high doses, whole cinnamon and fat-soluble extracts may be toxic... [glasses]

Yes, there was some speculation about the neurotoxicity of cinnamon, and the extracts were the preferred method of ingestion. I've yet to see further information about this, so I don't give it too much thought.

I usually take some cinnamon (a few grams) at one meal/day and take the extract at various times, depending on the meal composition/timing.
