I'd love to update and brush up on general nutrition, diet, fasting, health and fitness, paleo, ketogenic, please recommend trusted experts to follow and listen to. From Lustig, Fung, Lalonde, even bloggers like Sisson or physicians like Patrick, etc.

I like Klapper. He gets it. Good nutrition isn’t hard, it’s just that most people don’t want to do it. Fundamentals haven’t changed in decades: eat whole foods, mostly plants, primarily vegetables, a variety of legumes, nuts, seeds, low sugar fruits like berries, citrus, high poly olive oil... eat variety, limit calories, hit RDAs, avoid processed junk, extend a fast a few times a year... what’s more to know?

Diet is more about habitual self-discipline than knowledge... people get confused by new authors promoting new books... if you really want insight into your own personal diet, then actually honestly measure and document your daily habits into a tool like cronometer... broken record here , though , seems like people want a complicated puzzles rather than eating habits that aren’t real exciting or thrilling. Proper nutrition is pretty basic and it’s certainly not mysterious or in need of a 2020 update
