What's the current best/safest nootrop...

I have not dabbled in straight Nootropics for a few years now, I used to take Tyrosine and Huperzine A among other's.
I kind of stepped out of the nootropics loop for a while, but am now wondering what the most reliable, recommended and safest nootropic is which also plays nicely with plenty of other supplements.
I have a rather large regimen.
