Hello, I have recently decided to go away from keto and head more towards Mediterranean. I plan to eat lentils most days. Can someone help tell me the healthiest possible way to ma legumes? In particular I am looking at lentils. I bought some “Organic sprouted lentils” on amazon. Do I just slow cook? Pre-sprout lentils? Any other options on what I should do for healthiest possible legumes?
