Hi,

I recently added DMAE to my stack. I have used it before with good results, which is the only reason I am using it over A-GPC or CDP (its alot cheaper). The first time I took it I took it in cap form, I believe one cap per day in the morning. I am taking powder now and am wondering what is a good dosage to take as I believe I am taking too much and its cauing my mind to feel quite fuzzy for the first few hours after dosing.

I am taking about 1/3 - 1/2 a tea spoon.

I am also taking piracetam and huperzine A in my stack, with the DMAE replacing the lecethin I was using.

Huperzine A - 4 x 100mcg per day in two doses.
Piracetam ~ 2400mg per day in two doses.

Any advice on DMAE measuring/dosage would be great. I should add that I feel great on this stack after the first few hours after taking the DMAE, so I have a feeling I am taking way too much.

EDIT: I should also add that it is a different feel than that feeling you get when taking racetams without a choline source, its almost like there is too much happening and I can't focus, but creativity is very high and I feel like I have too much energy.

Do you have any stiffness in your neck with this stack? If so I would take out the HupA. The DMAE is not the best choline source but is very good for dyslexics as it helps this condition very much.
