This stuff really wakes up my brain. What is the active ingredient?

Pretty sure I can rule out the L-Carnitine (I take ALCAR -- not as effective compared to the product below), don't think it's the Inositol or the Taurine (which I take both before bed). So what is it?

There are alot of items that might "wake up" your brain here

Ginseng
Glucose
Caffeine
Guarana

If deficient
The classic Barocca combo:
Vitamin C
B vitamins

The synergistic combination of these substances could also be what "wakes up" your brain compared to other stacks that you have tried

Yeah, no wonder it works...there's no Piracetam in there.

I have never seen Glucose and Guarana sold as a supplement. I guess because it must remain in liquid form? Glucose is derived from sugar, right? What's Guarana? And how do I know if I am deficient in Vitamine C and B vitamins?

guarana is a plant. It contains among the 50 billion other chemicals found in any plant, caffeine, theophylline, and theobromine

It's basically Red Bull with few added things. Since red bull works fine no wonder this works better :p
I think main stimulant here is caffeine and glucose. Glucose is not actually a stimulant but direct energy for the brain.

I think ginseng plays a role too.
