Hi my current supplement intake is:

Morning:
Gingko Biloba 450mg
Choline(bitartrate) 250mg
Inositol 250mg
Sulbutiamine(Arcalion) 400mg
Piracetam(Noostan) 1600mg
Various vitamins and minerals(I'm in the process of changing to another supplement of these)

Lunch:
Piracetam 1600mg
Gingko Biloba 450mg
Choline(bitartrate) 250mg
Inositol 250mg

Sometimes I also take a strong Gotu Kola tea when I need that extra energy(cafeine doesn't work very well for me).

So do you think I should change/add anything?
I would also like to ask you if there is anything that I could take to increase motivation, I've been taking sulbutiamine for that but the only thing that it does is keeping me from being sleepy in the morning.

Thank You :p

What gingko product are you using? 900mg/day is quite high for most gingko supplements.

Maybe increase inositol, 500mg/day probably won't give you much.

Inositol at 250 mg isn't going to do anything unless you have a chronic deficiency. What's your goal using it?

Ginkgo dose is defintely high so I assume you are taking it in a non-standardized form. If not, you should undoubtedly lower it.

For motivation I'd suggest Modafinil.

Hi guys

Non standard Gingko yes, I am taking the dosage written in the bottle, as for the Inositol it cames in the same pill as my current choline supplement and I decided to give it a try and see if I noticed anything, Modafinil hmmm I'll try to get it and give it a try

Thank you :p
