Recently, an orally active drug with the same MOA as Dihexa, NDX-1017, got approved for a phase II/III clinical trial. Interested to see where this goes.

I can't find much about it, not even a structure. Anyone else able to find anything?

Where did you get it's orally active? In the phase 1 clinical trial they delivered the drug via subcutaneous injections.

My bad, but in their pipeline they do have a drug referred to as "2nd generation NDX" (which is likely very similar to NDX-1017) that's orally active. Not quite sure how I missed that...
