My nonprofit is listing out the top 200 longevity technologies/supplements/therapies.  We need your assistance. We actually have a list of about 500.  We'd like to get a much longer list before we narrow it down to 200.  What can you add?  What are we blind too?  Don't respond here.  Respond in the google doc.  We'd like you to chime in on anything -- what you think is important, dangerous, ineffective, counterindicative, mainstream fake science, snake oil, or only for certain people.  Chiming on dosing and sourcing.  Say controversial please.  Get us some resources that might have some good lists.

I will put the list in it's current form below so that there is an archive of it.  Just add to the google doc here:

Thanks!

You cite young blood above but research showed the absence of certain characteristics in old blood was better for organ rejuvenation?

pinballwizard, not trying to hard to be a Debbie Downer, but seriously...

IMHO the doc format you offer does not accommodate other than a list of things similar to what is already entered. Anything else would be better (and far more easily) added as a post here.

Also, if you have a list of 500, why have people add to a list of 200? Why don't you just add the "Haven't made any list yet" to the 200 and call it good? Is that your 500 list anyway? Likely anyone contributing would just be adding to this list things you already have in the not shown "actually we have a list of 500" list.

Also, if any one of these items actually made people live that much longer, would it not have been the "next big thing" already? Would it not be a hot topic discussed ad infinitum on this forum long ago?

From that thought, how would you and your non profit ever be able to "narrow it down". Isn't that what science and studies are for?

Your comment is a huge disrespect.  It's egoic.  Please go somewhere else.  I don't appreciate you not adding to the thread with a dozen items but just complaining.  You can redeem yourself with a dozen items or railing against certain items in the list.  But you cannot say, that 12 passionate volunteers ranking longevity therapies is bad.  You can troll me on specific items on my google sheet.  you can be critical of certain items.  But do not troll my thread.  I won't accept that.  Go find another thread to troll.  You are not welcome on my thread.

Sometimes you just gotta laugh at what's posted here.
First of all you will kill yourself with all those things....secondly and unfortunately if you're a man you will almost assuredly developed prostate cancer if you live long enough.
The best you can do is eat right, exercise, avoid stress, and take care of your heart health. Oh and you can pray that you have good genes and will never develop alzheimers or heart disease or countless other life enders. Go online and search around and there are countless people in their immortal 20s that die unexpectedly all the time. Enjoy life while you can and take care of yourself...
