Daily supplements:

Pharmaceuticals:
Modafinil
Piracetam
Vasopressin (rarely)

AMINO ACIDS:
Ortho-mind (source of many Acids.)
Galantamine
NADH
Pyroglutamate

Herbs:
Bacopa (ortho-mind = source)
Ginkgo biloba (ortho-mind = source)
Ginseng ( all types in cycles)
Rhodiola

Fatty Acids:
Omega 3, 6, 9 multi.

Vitamins:
Ortho-Core

Am I taking too much supplements or too little? Should I drop some, if so why and which ones? Do you see any negative possible drug interactions? Are there any health risks taking the above supplements?

If you were me what would you add or subtract from the above list?

These aren't easily answered questions. Whether you are taking too many or too few supplements depends on your goals and budget. No obvious negative interactions jump out at me, and none of the substances you are using are known to be particularly dangerous. Why don't you tell us a little more about your health situation, goals, and how you feel about your current regimen?

If you work out you might consider a separate magnesium supplement. Your multi only contains, I think, 75 mg. That is way below the recommended amount for women and men. If you drink any alcohol that depletes your magnesium, as does working out.

Calcium is another one that is not sufficient in multis. But not sure what your calcium needs might be, i.e., your age and sex. (Usually older females worry about calcium.)

Magnesium, however, is more important than calcium, I think. Magnesium regulates your electrolytes.

You might consider taking the b12 separately in a sublingual form. Sublingual is a better form, so taking it in a multi is not the best way, I think.

Some say that taking NADH increases your need for alpha lipoic acid. You don't any ALA.

I'd warn against the daily modafinil. There's an unfortunate lack of lifetime studies, that I've been able to find at least, so long term effects are somewhat up in the air. On top of that, I've heard reports of tolerance developing after about a week or two if there's no break in there. A M-F schedule was reported by another poster here, and it 'might' be viable for maintaining the effects. But personally, I'd be rather hesitant to give even that a shot.

Are you on a seven day dosing with the modafinil at the moment? If so, I'd definitely be curious to hear how well it's working for you at this point. That, and whether you've noticed any changes in your speech habits, something the other poster noticed in himself. Ah, the fun and fear that is human guinea pig'ing.

I appreciate the replies.

By the way, I am male and 21 years old. I didn't make this clear but this is my future daily supplements. I shall start trying and testing soon. I am mainly interested in cognitive enhancers and concentration (I have very short attention span) improvement.

Right now I have taken Ginkgo and gineseng and I feel nothing and do not notice any differences.
