What do these ingredients do? Glutathione, is 3mg a normal dose? How do these enhance stem cells? Provided they do, does this count toward the hayflick limit? This has Green Tea extract which I am worried about because this has been shown to be a substance that damages the liver and has caffeine, that I try to avoid. Is this just an expensive Green Tea and blueberry supplement? Would it be better just drinking green tea and eating blueberries? Looks like there are some enxymes mixed in, too.
So it looks like the ingredient in this is called nt-020 and is a combination of vitamin D, carnosine, green tea extract and blueberries. There is a study showing this compound increases neural progenitor cell proliferation in rats. https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC3014764/
The product in question has this, but it has a bunch of other stuff added in, too. What does each of these do?
The same compound is in products by naturatheraputics, but they have different stuff with different substances added in for reasons like cardiovascular health or weight loss. Their website is really salesy: http://www.naturatherapeutics.com/
So, instead of taking this fancy thing, can I just drink green tea, eat blueberries, eat steak (carnosine) and take vitamin D?
