Hello everyone. I would like to start a thread in which we kinda get an idea as to if our anti aging strategies are working. Maybe befores and after pictures would be helpful over a period of years. I have some photos of me at early 20s, and now at 29. My regimen has been sunscreen daily, intermittent fasting, and some periodic longer fasts. I still have people guessing me at a weird range of at the lowest 19, and the highest 24. This tells me perhaps my regimens have worked, and have helped maintain some of the features of my face more youthful than others, but still largely youthful on the whole in comparison to my actual age. I started anti aging strategies at about 21.75 years old so it has been years now. If anyone is interested maybe we can all get something going.

Hi Qowpel,

Good proposal you have!
May I ask: what type of sunscreen do you use? I notice that soms make my face shiny, or too white. Do you avoid sun exposure at all?
Regards,

Frank

I try to avoid sun exposure when I can but if its summer and its nice out I darn well will go outside

I enjoy neutrogena dry touch. It is a decent zinc oxide sunscreen that is mostly matte
