Hi everyone
apologies for a second post on this but my first post seemed to be closed quite soon after posting, perhaps because it was considered the question was answered, but I could use a bit more help with it.
The main issue is I'm quite obsessive about things and when I discovered that poor storing of NAD could lead it to become damaging in some way, I want to be sure I'm doing it correctly. I've taken on board that a yellow-ish tinge is something to look out for.
I've bought a large zip bag from Alive By Science and it went straight into the fridge. It was bought in the summer and my flat gets very hot, so I thought the fridge was best and just hoping damp doesn't get in. So that's one thing, I suppose at the moment I could have it out of the fridge for a few months.
I'm thinking if I keep opening the bag, because it's larger, I'll just oxidise the stuff, so was wondering about using a jar to put a small amount in and taking it from that, leaving the rest in the bag, so that it won't be exposed to the air for too long.
I know I'm probably overthinking, but until I sort out a routine for this I'm not actually taking it, lol. It's just in my fridge and I'm not getting the benefit, so I would really value any help.
Thanks for reading this.
