Why is my brain so treatment resistant?

No respond to alcohol, psychedelics, tons of herbs, even a MAOI (Moclobemide)...
All started after I got PSSD from Trazodone. Before, 2-3 glasses whiskey were enough to got euphoria, or a tea spon of MACA made me horny as fuck. Now is all like sugar. How is that even possible? Will I be forever in this state?
I really don't know what to do anymore.
