Hi, this will hopefully be an up-to-date regimen.

I would be greatly happy if you note any bad nootropics/combinations since this is not yet completed. You can also help me by giving suggestion -- also suggestion on the dosage and where to buy would be greatly appreciated because I have no knowledge in it ( I would clearly look into it before starting taking them). I'm currently not done doing this post so it will clearly be updated (Just a little tired of doing it by now [:o] )

Things about me that might be important to say:
5'10 1/2
20 Years Old
Apprx. 140 lbls

My priorities (in order but all matters) :
Nerve Growth Stimulation
Learning Improvement
Mental Stamina
Anti-Aging
Creativity Boosting
Mood Boosting
Memory Boosting
Concentration Boosting

I'm currently on :
Effexor XR - 75mg (That due to depression -- but might be stopped if I start feeling good again)

Healthy Activities/Exercises :
Weight-Resitance Training (focus on Heavy Weight)
Walk (apprx~30-60min)
Meditation (10-15min)
Yoga (10-15min)

Next things to add/I seek interest into knowing more about :
Piracetam
Fish Oil (This need high EPA and low DHA right?)
Centrophenoxine
R-alpha-lipoic acid (RLA)
Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR)
Alpha-GPC
Phenylalanine
Modafinil (Perhaps there is a better stimulant -- I just anything to remplace caffeine due to tolerance)
Segenil
Pyritinol
Idebenone
Bacopa monnieri
Idebenone
Inositol (for creativity)

At 20 years old your main concerns would be to maintain what you have for as long as you can. At 20 years of age, unless you have underlying pathologies, you should be functioning at your peak.

Here are some recommendation I would give: (I recommend that you speak with your physican before starting any supplements)

Multi-vitamin: a good multi should be your staple

Examples to choose from:
AOR Ortho-core
ADAM Superior
plenty of options here-->http://www.imminst.o...l=best multi&s=

Anti-oxidants: to maintain the integrity of the cell. To keep your cells young for as long as possible

Examples:
K-RALA (Stabilised alpha-lipoic acid) 300mg and upwards
Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) 1500mg+
NAC (sustained release) 600-1200mg
EGCg (Green tea extract)
Indole-3-carbinol (I-3-C or stabolized form DIM)

Supplemental adoptogens as an anti-aging hormetic strategy: These are beneficial because they stimulate the system(s) in question in a repeated fashion. Over time they strengthen/bolster endogenous defense mechanisms.

Examples:
Rhodiola Rosea (dose: 250-500mg, 5% Rosavins, including 3% minimum Rosavin)
Ashwagandha (Dose: 250-500mg, 8% Withanolides)

Also you might want to consider AGE-prevention with compounds like Carnoine (500mg-1500mg) and Benfotiamine (150mg-450mg).

There is so much more you could add.

I would stay away from pharmaceuticals like modafinal and selegiline for now.

Thanks, very helpfull, I think staying away from modafinal is a good idea, but I think selegiline would be great as it enhance the mood (dopamine) and I've always felt a signicant lack there.

zoo hit the nail on the head. at 20 years supps should only be: multi/basics(o3 etc), antioxidents & adaptogens... focus on ur diet, healthy forms of exercise, meditation, and sleeping enough.

stay away from pharms.. 20 is way too young for selegiline. theres a world of different options to improve mood. rhodiola is quite effective for most.

Hi, is there any specific reason why selegiline is not good for a 20 years old? I'm having to focus a lot on studies and I need to be in good mood. I don't see why pharms would be less good in general than anything else. I don't want to buy all I have listen right now, just a few like piracetam -- on wikipedia they say that piracetam is really good with choline. What kind of choline should I get?
