I don't get it.


"Closer"

Like when someone says "now that x I can die happy"

Are these people just waiting for the relief of death?

those ppl have accepted there time on earth as a human is going to end, and have sets of goals they would like to do before they die.

That's just a phrase you say without much though IMO.

In Hebrew there are also some of those like, instead of "Oh I love it", we go "Oh I die on it" or "Oh I'm sick on it" etc' heh, which already known as meaning the same.
