I received some bloodwork, my D3 level is 34, and my total D level is 34, but my D2 was < 4.

Is this a thing?

There's a remark:

Reference Range: Reference Range Not established This test was developed and its analytical performance characteristics have been determined by Quest Diagnostics. It has not been cleared or approved by the FDA. This assay has been validated pursuant to the CLIA regulations and is used for clinical purposes. See Note 1 Note 1 For additional information, please refer to http://education.Que....com/faq/FAQ199 (This link is being provided for informational/ educational purposes only.)

So it's not even a real test?

While I Googled, it gave reference ranges near 25OH D levels.

Do I need to be concerned about D2 levels beneath 4???????
