I've been taking NOVOS Core longevity supplement  and I've noticed a raised heartbeat and pounding heart, especially in the mornings. I don't know if it's the NOVOS or something else. Is there anything in this ingredients list that you can see might obviously cause this?

Alpha-KetoGlutarate

Rhodiola Rosea

Glucosamine

Pterostilbene

Fisetin

Micro-dosed Lithium

Ginger

Vitamin C
