I want to document my process of healing from fatigue and pain using some things I have researched and picked out myself. All of these are injections by the way as I suffer from very bad gut issues.

For immune system and metabolism.:

Zinc and Iron (Doses Within Western RDA)

Vitamin C 300mg Daily (would opt for more like 1000mg if very ill and many diseases even more)

Vitamin B2 1000mg (Dose is a little too much but it is all I could find if I could pick the dose myself it would probably be way lower but it doesn't matter as it is water soluble)

Vitamin B5 is a tricky one I could not find a injectable one so I had to improvise and I will leave it there for now. But I should be getting about 50mg if it works (Septanazal product mixed with water).

Vitamin b12 1mg+ daily. (Form doesn't matter I will just go with the one available)

Vitamin E and A but unfortunately in very low doses I will be using Cortexin which has lots of vitamins, minerals and amino acids and the two I aforementioned. Luckily they are fat soluble though so hopefully it builds up in my body easily. It also has the important minerals Copper, Cobalt, Manganese, lithium etc

And many electrolyte elements.

Magnesium and vitamin D  I will try it out see how I feel.

COQ10/ubiquinone instead of ATP injections as ATP has very short half life and COQ10 has like 30+ hours. Also COQ10 is superior to Ubiquinol as COQ10 alone has functions that differ from Ubiquinol and also if Ubiquinol is supplemented the absorption rate and conversion becomes lower.

thyroid gland extract (count as Iodine).

Any suggestions welcomed. I am mainly looking for things that boost Energy function like Carnitine etc and the mitochondria. Semi-Natural meaning your body has to have it naturally or a byproduct like an extract of a organ to make it work better like in the case of thyroid extract.

Alanine and glutamine are the two amino acids whose main function is to contribute to glucose synthesis by the liver
It's easy to get hands on some animal injectable vitamins work the same as in humans.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 provides an extra electron transport for the mitochondria and definitely makes more energy available. NAD boosters also do this sort of thing.   Sometimes some extra stuff for Krebs can help (Citric Acid, KetoGlutaric Acid etc)

I think septanazal works it is a nasal spray which only contains two active ingredients nothing else supposedly. It is an agonist on the same receptors as adrenaline. It contains a drug xylometazoline and vitmain b5. I just spray it in a syringe instead of in my nose and injected it. The back of my head feels tingles which I suppose is because adrenaline messes with the nerves or something. Well at least I have a way of getting B5 but I can't say I feel much... Too bad.. I have real b2 injectable but it is a clear water colour and so is my b1 and b6. Is it supposed to be this way? When I google it I get information about B vitamins being yellow yet mine aren't, how come? It is b2, b6 and b1 made for injecting route too in ampoules. Also my pupils more dilated that's the other way I know it is working ( The Septanazal well at least the drug don't know if I am getting the B5 work this way). Also xylometazoline helps with my bladder control. Also I get contradictory info about xylometazoline's half life wiki says 8 seconds and google shows up 8 hours. Is it different derivatives in different ways? Vitamin b2, b5 are supposedly yellow yet the b5 looks also white. Folate looks yellow though. Yellow seems more important than clear ones. I assume b7 is clear too and niacin. The clear ones hurt to inject. And one of my vitamin c brands is a lot more yellow than the other I guess it has a much higher dosage in it but then that one doesnt hurt to inject... hmm odd. Actually the one vitamin C that looks more yellow you can inject IM or SUBQ including IV but the less clear one you can only do IV according to the ampoules text.

Guys does Sodium or something give you energy or help produce it? I found this but im not sure what it means: Two of the most important electrolytes are sodium and potassium. One reason these are so crucial to metabolism and energy is because they are the fuel for the sodium potassium pump found on the cell membrane of every cell in your body.

I just got a nosebleed medium sized in my right nostril for first time in my life. Just the right one and it was the only one I used the septranazal on. More I inject in same place more it starts to hurt when injected. And some of my vit c ampoules are plain white, I guess the yellow colour came from my syringe having traces of b12 in it.

So I tried ATP the effect was very very slight and most people wouldn't notice it but I did because I'm very unhealthy and sensitive (not to be confused with overly-emotional) I'm not sure how long it would've lasted because I wanted to try COQ10 asap but I felt something it is hard to explain but like a fuel started going off in the background. Then I tried COQ10 and it has about the same effect but much more intense. I think my whole body feels warmer overall and like my brain is being stimulated. I also feel hungry.................... I'm gonna try the thyroid extract soon and edit the comment in a second. But it is interesting that they all look like water. And I feel more in control of my hands less shaky and a weird feeling in between chest and abdomen which also feels warmer. And I think I feel faster overall and more focused.  I feel dizzy after meal. More in control of balance faster. Not sure the thyroid extract is doing much I will save it for later when my thyroid has healed a bit from the coq10. Feel calmer and happier.... Very subtle effects though, I expect it to become stronger in the following days. And I feel less itchy, less fatigue (but still very fatigued). I also feel sleepy.. I also feel my memory is better and my body started cramping more... I guess this is going back in place fixing itself.

It's hard to figure out the dosages of what I'm looking for but I'm afraid it is low, plus they contain a lot of other unwanted ingredients. You have to look trough the other language find key words to find the one ingredient you're looking for.

exhausting I had to fully go trough hundreds of products, avoid certain brands (Heel medicines has a lot of unwanted stuff and low dosage of the main active ingredient but they have such diverse products)  and contact them so there is appropriate of the dosage in it as they many times don't mention it plus that it works for injectable (and not skin products ampules)  all while it is in a different language And find legit pharmacies.  with my health and they don't even answer you most of the time.. I'm gonna try some calcium, I have not seen any reviews of it regarding strengthen of bones and which I suffer greatly from weak bones..so expect that to come soon in my upcoming review.

here's acetylcholine but it also has a short half life so will probably be similar to how ATP went so not gonna try it, better to increase production so your body constantly makes it ..https://www.eurapon....number=00003406 and cortisol : https://www.eurapon....pullen-01813604

With one part of homeopathy they believe the more you dilute a substance in something the more powerful it gets but in fact it loses it's molecules therefore dosage. So it gets weaker. It can be diluted into the millions so there is zero of the active ingredient left in the product. They are marked with ''D'' in the end of the name meaning diluted then a number after in same place, so avoid those. https://en.wikipedia...athic_dilutions And also who knows what the original dosage that was used before all the dilutions.

If coq10 is made from tyrosine can it be made regardless if the co factors B vitamins are not present? Cortexin has it.

Oh you can just buy saline injection for sodium https://www.eurapon....onnect-03113087 so you get about 9mg sodium per 10ml ampoule. I've used google translate for other languages and their other countries search engines using vpn so I can get different search results hopefully. A lot of solutions contain it as second ingredients but I don't think it is what gave me energy anyway. Key nutrients: Iodine, b12, b2, b5, b12 and vitamin C. Perhaps vitamin E and A too. Zinc, iron.

For example, ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the main source of energy in cells, must bind to a magnesium ion in order to be biologically active. What is called ATP is often actually Mg-ATP.

our body make d ribose from the essential carbs into sugars which uses vitamin b6 to turn it into d ribose which supplies energy to the cells.

so if i understand right our body has 3 ways of generating energy.

Via COQ10

Via carnitine

Or via D ribose
