About two hours after a meal I take Fisetin 200 mg, Quercetin 500 mg and I hold about a scoop of Trehalose under the tongue for sublingual absorption.
What else am I missing here?
Criticize me.

Is there an exhaustive list anywhere of the molecules that can be used to initiate autophagy and senolytics and the pathways they use?
There are arguments this should be done on an infrequent hit and run basis. However, I don't think I know enough to say.
I take curcumin, berberine and sometimes resveratrol that are supposed also to encourage autophagy. However, I don't know of any resources that explain best practice here.

I combine fisetin/ quercetin with fasting and exercise. That’s better at inducing autophagy.
For senolitic purposes I lengthen the fast, and take larger amounts of fisetin...I do that once every three months.

Are you saying you take one dosage every few months?

I take 100 mg of fisetin 3-4 times a week when I do a 16 hour fast, and exercise for autophagy.
The senolytic routine is different and more intense ( 1200 mg fisetin). I do that once every three months

Can you describe exactly what that routine consists of?

I don't like Aspirin because it is a cox-1 inhibitor (I have a similar view about Resveratrol which is why I prefer Pterostilbene). However, there is an interesting point if one of Aspirins metaobolites is helpful for autophagy that perhaps we could take the metabolite which hopefully would not wander around inhibiting cox-1.

I will be adding Lipo Spermidine to this regimen soon.
