NAD+ supplements

Hi all,

I'd like to start using NAD+ supplements and I'm looking into getting tru niagen from Amazon.

I'm currently taking the following:

* Opti-Men multi vitamin
* Biocell collagen
* Some extra vitamin D
* COQ10
* Red yeast rice (for cholesterol)
* Milk thistle
* Kyolic aged garlic
* Omega 3
* Some extra vitamin C

I'm mainly wondering if you'd suggest true niagen (unless there's something cheaper) and if it will interact with anything mentioned above?

Thanks!

I'm taking the occasional niacinamide, d-ribose, glycerol monostearate, and taurine (all at 500 mg each). The GMS is to avoid mitochondrial fission and the taurine to moderate the rise in blood pressure from the GMS (which doesn't happen in everyone).

Just take plain niacinamide (500mg) and a tablespoon of dried parsley flakes daily (circa 500 mg apigenin content = CD38 inhibitor). Much more effective (and cheaper) than taking Tru Niagen. You need to be taking a CD38 inhibitor along with any NAD precursor. Otherwise you'll be feeding your senescent cells. Not good.
