Ok so relatively new regimen I have dealt with chronic pain for 15 plus years neck back and nerve pain and believe I have PTSD related to it Hard to do anything gives me anxiety and depression
Feel trapped by the pain like always having cryptonite around my neck has made me much more socially withdrawn as well but this stack I’m in has given me dramatic results in reduction of pain and given me sharpness mentally as well as my social interaction has greatly improved I almost feel happy lol
Anyways I have been on and off supplement combinations for years with no meaningful results outside of transitory benefits that never seem to last or placebo but I will detail my current regimen if anyone is interested in trying
Morning
4 caps platinum plus essential amino acids
TUDCA 1 gram
Procyanidin B2 1 gram
Lecithin 2 TBSP
Carlson DHA gems 4 caps
Nootropics depot cistanche Tubulosa powder heaping half teaspoon
Cinnamon with my coffee
Bio Astin astaxanthin 12 mg 4 caps

Afternoon
Carlson DHA gems 4 more caps
Astaxanthin 2 more caps
Gaia astragalus tincture throughout the day about 8 ml

At night 6 TBSP almond butter
That’s it ! For me this formula has been magic but am curious to know if any others might have results
Also I am having a lot of hair thickening in thin areas of my scalp I’ve had for over 15 years as well which I think is due to the procyanidin b2
I also use a blue led therapy device on my scalp 20 minutes per day the NUVO unit based on the regrowth study with blue LEDs

Where are you getting your Procyanidin B2 from?

Toki botanicals sells a 15 percent B2 apple skin extract powder which I’m going to order however I have been using vitaminity apple extract plus but will be out in a few days I have been taking 4 caps per day so double the dose it is an extract from annurca apple that has a high B2 percentage you can only order from vitaminity and I believe hairshopeurope but both sites are in Italian so you have to translate and order by credit card but it took a little while to get to me
Kind of wandering if I should reorder that or try the toki powder as I am having results with what I am using already but kind of a hassle and more expensive for the vitaminity also there is a hair regrowth study on the annurca apple extract that shows regrowth with male pattern baldness

Thanks, great info! I looked at those products already and wondered about them but thought maybe they were just a rippoff or something. But your experience tells me they are not. 

 

I am going to order the Tiki product for sure now. I will make an extract and use it on my balding head. We will see how it goes.
