Methylated B complex - I feel like death, spikes my OCD like crazy.

Regular B complex - ditto

Methyl b12 alone - I feel horrible

Cyano b12 - I feel ok unless I take it for too long

I have one of the mutations; suggesting I should NEED methyl versions, I don't recall which but can find out if you want.

There are a few threads on reddit about this and people don't seem to know the answer.  I've heard things about homocysteine and something about something named COMT causing the issue.

For clarification, I have a standard B complex.  I can take 1/10 of it and this triggers symptoms.  Like I'll separate the capsule, pour a little in, and take it.  Within the day I feel horrible, and if I keep doing this, my state will get worse as that proceeds.

At my last test (a few months ago) my b12 was 600 (200-1,100) and my folate was 14 (no reference given).
