Here is a question about sleep quality and pillow:

Which type of pillow will give the best sleep for a backsleeper?

For me, the best pillow for back sleeping is a neck-roll pillow, which is like a small bolster. It tucks under the back of the neck. Behind that (not under it) I have a bigger but lighter bolster, into which the back of my head sinks. This arrangement opens my throat out, making breathing easy and clear. It prevents my chin slumping forward, which would close the windpipe and induce snoring or allow dribbling. Very comfortable.
