We have been selling NMN since 2016,

but were not included in that PDF.

At the time I figured, the lab must have selected the new guys

on Amazon. We did that in the past, and posted results here.

However, this article comes up all the time now, so I do

need to clarify things since many believe we were included,

when we actually were not.

In 2021 around the time of this testing, we tested great:

In 2022 we kept testing great:

I am glad the lab tested the new companies that weren't around too long.

It does make consumers understand that they need to be aware of brand new

companies, that may still be working our there supply and manufacturing issues.

I had heard this before, one of the brands on the list I have been taking lately - though I was sketpical of the price, but I was quite certain it was working: Tonniiq - 40 grams for £25 whereas Tru Niagen is £95 for 18 grams both on amazon. Glad to see the data backs it up.

So you are taking NMN.  Tru Niagen is NR yes?

Yes, sorry - I shouldn't have made that comparison. I have used NR a lot and obviously there is much overlap; however, the NMN I have used previously is alive by nature now renue by science which was £55 for 16 gram sublingual. I was naturally skeptical because it was so cheap but it seems good and the analysis verfires it, which is good to know.

FYI, all powder NMN is technically "sublingual" because of the solubility.

What does that mean Anthony, should only be consumed sublingually? It can be taken orally, though, there is some efficacy iirc. I never checked but assume sublingual has something added to sweeten it, as it tastes better - I always take NMN or NR, the latter is pretty disgusting, sublingually.

Well, Sinclair's mouse study used NMN dissolved in their water bottle,
with nothing else, and it worked.

Later we found that there exists a specific transporter gene for NMN in the
small intestine, which people have as well:

So IMHO, taking NMN in capsules, water, or sprinkled on food, etc., should work.

In my case, it worked for me. I did the NAD cellular test, and it showed it was elevated for my age. So I just keep taking the capsules to this day.

I think others have done tests with NMN that show NAD increased with as little as 150mg a day.

Anyway, regardless of the brand, NMN capsules and powder should work
to elevate NAD.

Just my two cents
