NOTE: This does not include Aporphine related alkaloids from other plants although some listed here are also found in other plants. This list was made from reviewing analysis of different Nymphaea and Nelumbo species but mainly Nelumbo nucifera, maybe in the future I might do a bigger list with Aporphines from various plants with their plant sources specified. THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE LIST.

-----Aporphine related-----

Nuciferine (1,2-Dimethoxyaporphine) - Disputed effects on dopamine, Anti-inflammatory, treatment of liver disease in type 2 diabetes, possible Aphrodisiac and Hypnotic effects.

Pronuciferine - Antiviral, increases BDNF protein expression, Impacts glycine-serine-theronine pathway, increases interceller levels of aspartic acid, glutamine and trytophan, , Effects on glucose and inhibit lipogenesis, may help metablic syndrome

Nornuciferine- hERG channel inhibitor, potassium channel inhibitor, inhibits CYP2D6 the enzyme for endongenous, hydroxytryptamines.

Dehydronuciferine - a acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor

Nuciferine N-Oxidide - Inhibits mellanogensis in mouse, menitoned in a patent for treating bone disease

O-nornuciferine (also known as Floribundine and N-methylasimilobine and 2-hydroxy-1-methoxyaporphine - Calaimed to be the major active ingredient of Chinese traditinal medicine Jiang-Zhi-Ning which is used to regulate cholesterol metabolism

Oxonuciferine/Lysicamine - Oxoaporphine based alkaloids with antioxidant, antimelanoma, antifungal and antibiotic activity

7-hydroxydehydronuciferine - Induces human melanoma cell death in vitro and vivo

2-hydroxy-1-methoxy-6a,7-dehydro aporphine - First discovered in 2012 or 2013?

Anonaine - Aporphine based benzylisoquinoline, selective ruptake inhibitor o D1 and D2, anticancer activity, trypanocidal, antiplasmodial, antiplasmodial.

Dehydroanonaine - Dehydrogenated derivative of Anonaine

Asimilobine - Inhibits dopamine synthesis, believed to be a 5-HT2 receptor antagonist

Lirinidine - Serotoegenic receptor antagonist, Antioxidant, anticancer, inhibits proliferation of melanoma sells, inhibition of melanogensis.

Isoliensinine - Antitumor, cardioprotective, antioxidant, antidepressant, anti-HIV, Anti-type 2 Diabetes. Poor water solubility.

Roemerin (sometimes called Remerine and Aporheine) - Increases BDNF protein expression, effects serotogentic and glutamgeric systems, hypothesized to have antidepressant effect

Caaverine (2-Methoxynoraporphin-1-ol) - Anthelmintic, antioxidant, may interact with the 5-HT2A receptor and the GABA-A (subunit gamma2 and alpha1) receptor.

Cepharadione B - Dioxoaporphine based, Anthelmintic, Antimycobacterial, Antioxidant

----Benzylisoquinoline---

Coclaurine - Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist

Demethylcolaurine

N-methylisocolaurine

Armepavine - Alpha 1 adrenergic receptor antagonist, May protect against heptic fibrosis, glucose uptake promoter, mentioned in patent for treating bone disease

N-norarmepavine

Higenamine - B2 adrenoreceptor agonist / beta 2 adrenergic receptor agonist, cardiotonic, vascular relaxation, bronchodilator

Juziphine

Norjuziphine

Lotusine - May help protect against Doxorubicin induced toxicicty, Anti-HIV

Dauricine - Inhibits cancer cell growth in vitro, blocks cardic transmembrane Na+, K+ and Ca2+ ion currents

---Other quinolizidine---

Nupharine

Nupharidine - Cysteine inhibition?

alpha and beta-nuphardine

Nuphacristine

Nymphaeine

Nymphaline

---Other---

Nupharamine - Sesquiterpenoid piperidine based

Methylnupharamine

Ethylnupharamine

Naringenin - Flavone based flavonoid

---Amino acids and others (not a complete list)---

Coumaric acid

4-Amino butanoic acid (GABA)

4-hydroxy butanoic acid (GHB)

Threonine

Tyrosine

Phenly alanine

Arginine

Valine

Leucin

Isoleucine

2-amino-7-methyl octanoic acid (amino acid believed to be unique to the Nelumbo and Nymphaea species)

Notes:

There was no Apomorphine or Aporphine itself ever reported in any analysis of plant material I could find, however the NIH did analysis of a reported blue lotus extract resin and found Apomorphine in 1 of 7 claimed samples believed to be a result of by chemical manipulation or faulty testing since it was never repeated.

There is a hypothesis that Aporphine may be internally hydroxylated to form Apomorphine but this has not been definitively proven but would be easy to by scientists due to specific metabolites...
